About Christopher

Putting clients needs first. I am a REALTOR with I Think Realty of Winter Haven. After working for 20 years in Higher Education Administration dealing with student misconduct such as cheating, alcohol and drug issues, and sexual violence, I bring my strong problem-solving skills, conflict resolution skills and negotiation skills to the table in every real estate transaction. I am known for being honest and trustworthy in all my dealings. I have developed these skills to such an extent that in my prior career, I was invited to the White House to advocate for my profession and inform policy makers. If I am not working with a client on helping them get their listing ready (I have been known to mow the lawn or do some landscaping work to improve curb appeal) or showing homes, I am often taking classes so I can be an even better REALTOR for my clients. I believe in life-long learning. You may also see me at East Polk County Associator of REALTORS events as a Board member. I also believe in going above and beyond for my clients. I believe in doing everything I can to put my clients first. The Real Estate industry has traditionally been about serving brokers and more recently it has become about serving agents. I believe it should be about you and helping you with the most important transaction of your life. I believe in doing everything I can to take the mystery out of real estate and making the process as stress free as possible. My education background comes out in force when working with first time home buyers. No question is a stupid question to me. I support my amazing wife and two kids (and two dogs) through my work in real estate. You will often catch me watching sporting events or science fiction and/or action movies or at events in the community. I am a huge Star Wars fan and have passed that onto my kids. You will also most definitely see me cheering my 11 year old son on at his soccer games with the Winter Have Kicks. My five year old daughter can’t wait to play soccer as well.
