Chris Loschiavo and Patricia de Graaff formed Home Team ePiC to better serve our clients. We focus on using our Expertise, Professionalism, Innovation, and Care to provide our clients the best home buying or selling experience we can. With a combined almost 10 years of experience in Real Estate, we have completed a variety of transactions over the years. It is through completed transactions that one learns real estate. Additionally, Chris’ background in education and the law and conflict resolution and Patricia’s background in sales and marketing and education, make us the ideal team to help you with your real estate transaction. Instead, we post your home on various social media sites both locally and abroad to give it maximum exposure. Maximum exposure allows you to get the most money for your home. We use technology to help our buyers find the perfect home and walk them through every step of the home buying process from pre-approval to close and afterwards. We love living in Winter Haven because of its quaint but active downtown. It was recently rated one of the best in Florida. There are awesome shops and restaurants, and it is an active downtown. Additionally, with almost 9 sq miles of lakes (a total of 50 lakes within the city limits) there are no shortage of water activities to participate in. Winter Haven is known as the Chain of Lakes City because many of these lakes are joined through a system of canals. Winter Haven is famous for its water ski team (Cypress Gardens) and still has active shows. There are lots of nature trails and things to do, including Legoland Florida which is in the city limits. Not far from Winter Haven, in nearby Lake Wales is Bok Tower gardens and in Lakeland is Munn park where you can find all kinds of waterfowl. There are good schools and great, inexpensive city services. For example, as a city resident, we pay $20 a month for after school care and $150 a month for summer camp at the local city Recreation Center.
