We contacted Manny back in September whilst considering whether to invest in a property in the US. After spending half a day with Manny looking at different locations and types of houses to help our thought process he came up with a shortlist of houses on a second day of visits which were absolutely what we were looking for – one of which we now own. By the end of that very same week we had put in an offer, packed our suitcases and returned to the UK. Throughout the entire process Manny kept us informed as to everything that was happening and managed our expectations as things are very different in the US compared to the UK. We returned this week to view the property one last time before we put it up for rental and again Manny has been very helpful and guided us through the process suggesting how we can make the most of our property. During the process he has arranged for us to meet with a gardener, security firm, pool guy (who has also done a fantastic job on turning our swamp into something that you would want to put your big toe in), termite inspector, house inspector – all of whom have been very professional and we have been happy to use. In summary Manny has made the entire process very easy for us and he is now looking to find us people to rent it out which I have every confidence he will do and that we will continue to work with Manny for several years to come.
