We contacted Manny back in September whilst considering whether to invest in a property in the US. After spending half a day with Manny looking at different locations and types of houses to help our thought process he came up with a shortlist of houses on a second day of visits which were absolutely what we were looking for – one of which we now own. By the end of that very same week we had put in an offer, packed our suitcases and returned to the UK. Throughout the entire process Manny kept us informed as to everything that was happening and managed our expectations as things are very different in the US compared to the UK.
